Abstract

The 66th edition of the National Level Learning Alliance Platform (NLLAP 64) took place on Thursday 28 September, 2017 at the Coconut Grove Hotel in Accra, under the theme: “Achieving Full Coverage and Sustainable Water Service Delivery at the District Level in Ghana: The Role of Innovative Financing, Harmonization and Coordination." The Community Water and Sanitation Agency (CWSA) with funding from the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation supported the implementation of a project dubbed: “Strengthening Local Government Capacity to Deliver Water Services.” Under the project, CWSA commissioned studies into the following: 1) Innovative Financing for Capital Maintenance Expenditure in Small Towns Water Systems in Three Districts in Ghana; 2) Drivers and Barriers to Coordination and Harmonization of Water Service Delivery at the District Level; and 3) Achieving Full Coverage and Sustainable Service Provision: The Needs and the Gaps.This folder contains the presentations, outcomes and summaries that came up at the session.
