- Internal learning on what has been the result of project activities, which can inform follow-up planning This concept note intends to outline the monitoring framework to be used in the TPP Project, with special emphasis on outcome monitoring. It is the result of an in-house workshop on Monitoring and Learning in September 2009 and follow-up work and discussions within the TPP team. This will be presented to the Learning Alliance. |
