This case study  presents the community ownership and management (COM) model in small towns of Asesewa and Asikwa in Eastern region of Ghana, It highlights a comprehensive piture of WASH situation with the community, it gives an anylysis of the model and the process of introducing the model, an assessment of the model and the next steps in terms of knowledge and application at scale.
