The Second Regional Level Learning Alliance Platform (RLLAP) meeting of the Volta Region took place on Tuesday, 25th October, 2016 at the Volta Regional Community Water and Sanitation Agency (VRCWSA) Conference Room in Ho, under the theme: “The Market Base Model Approach in Rural Water Delivery.” This was under the Strengthening Local Government Capacity to Deliver Water Services project.
