The twentieth edition of the Mole Conference series took place in the Volta Regional Capital of Ghana, Ho, from July 14-18, 2009. This year’s conference was under the theme, “ 20 years of multi-stakeholder dialogue in Ghana: The State of the Water, Sanitation and Hygiene Sector”.

Mole News Day one

 The News update describes the key messages from the opening session of the Conference such the call to increase awareness among the people to end open defecation.   It also summaries the speeches from the vice president, the development partner and the CONIWAS management team. The News update also gives insight on who was recognized  by CONWAS  for their contribution towards the water sector.
