The second Northern Region Learning Alliance platform meeting was held March 27, 2013 in Tamale under the theme “Application of Functionality and Service Monitoring Framework for Assessing Rural Water Service Delivery in East Gonja:  Lessons and Experiences” .The main discussants at the meeting were staff of the East Gonja District Assembly who in collaboration with CWSA and Triple-S has implemented functionality and service monitoring in the district.
